The Municipal Government and Law Library is located at 4301 East Parham Road between Hungary Springs Road and Prince Henry Drive. We are on the second floor of the Henrico County Courthouse within Henrico County Government Center Complex.

About the Library

A library to serve the needs of Henrico County Government was proposed to the County Manager in March, 1976. In 1977, a librarian was hired and work began to build a new law collection and to consolidate County archival materials. The Municipal Government and Law Library resides in the Henrico County Government Center, with easy access to the Courts and County Administration Building. It is open to the public. The collection includes information about Henrico and Virginia government; and on Henrico, Virginia, and Federal Law.
