Our room reservation systems have been updated! These tip sheets can help you learn to use them:
  • DIBS for Study Rooms
  • SPACES for Conference/Meeting Rooms and Digital Media Labs
Need more help? Ask a librarian—either in person, online, or by phone.

We have reservable spaces where you can meet up and collaborate, or study and create on your own.

  • A valid Henrico County Public Library card is required.
  • A valid email address is required.
  • Selling of goods or services is not allowed in rooms.

Many rooms have features like dry-erase boards, projectors, and lecterns to help make your meeting a success. Check with your library if you have special requirements.

Get a little space and privacy for yourself or a small study group. Study rooms are available in various sizes for up to 8 people.

A traditional conference table with executive chairs is ideal for clubs, committees, and larger study groups.

Meeting Room

Our largest public rooms have tables and chairs available that you can configure to suit your group. See your library for other features.

Digital Media Lab
