Contemporary Literary Criticism Select

Contemporary Literary Criticism--Select is an extensive collection of critical essays on contemporary authors. Each CLC--Select entry contains a biographical/critical introduction, listing of principal works and sources for further study.

Literary Reference Center

Plot summaries, synopses and work overviews; articles of literary criticism; author biographies & interviews; full text of literary journals; book reviews; classic & contemporary poems; classic & contemporary short stories; full text of classic novels (anticipated by Fall 2006); and images of key literary figures. The database contains the Bloom Series and all of MagillOnLiterature Plus™, including the Masterplots series.

NetLibrary

NetLibrary offers two types of electronic books: eBooks -- which can be read on any computer and eAudiobooks which you can download to your computer and optionally to your portable listening device. eAudiobooks can be downloaded only on computers outside the libraries.
