Ask a Librarian is available to anyone who needs brief answers to factual questions.

When to expect a response?

Upon receipt of your question, you will receive an email verifying that your question has been submitted. We strive to answer your question within 24 business-hours. If you need an immediate answer, please contact your local library.

Is Ask a Librarian available in other languages?

At this time Ask a Librarian is not available in any other languages.

How will confidentiality of my information be protected?

The information submitted to Ask a Librarian is used for Library business only. Your identifying information will never be sold, distributed or used for commercial or marketing purposes. Any information collected by the Library will be purged after 30 days.

Can I access Ask a Librarian from a computer outside the library?

If you have access to the Internet you are able to use our Ask A Librarian service.
