Spooky Storyline Returns in October!

For the second year in a row, we will feature a family-friendly Spooky Storyline this October. Not-too-scary stories guaranteed to give little ones a slight fright will be available every Wednesday from September 29 to October 27. Read on for details!

Spooky Storyline selections are carefully made by our librarians to be strictly spooky, not scary. You can call in to Storyline with your little ones to listen together to a story read out loud. We will also continue to offer our popular weekly non-spooky Storyline selections each week, which are intended for children ages 4 – 8. Select your preference in the menu when you call.

Our first Spooky Storyline selection is entitled “Shivers,” a chapter from Arnold Lobel’s classic Days With Frog and Toad. Dial in after September 29 to listen.
